So yeah, told you I wasn’t much of a blogger, but i’m a man on a mission and i will improve. I’ve decided i’m going to just wing it and just talk about shit I like. Movies, Video Games, Music, Tech, My life or whatever random stuff I chose to do. At this point, I just want this site to take some kinda of form. So anyways, that is that. Now on to find some real stuff to post about.

So you know how you feel when you’ve ‘heard’ a song a few time and like it but when you really listen to it, you love it?

How about when you’re just feeling down or shitty and you find that one song that speaks to your situation perfectly, has that happened to you?

Well both hit me at the same time tonight, thanks to Musiq Soulchild.

I was driving home tonight and really listened to the song “Thequestion” (yes, its all one word, that how he writes most of his titles if you didn’t know) from his “Luvanmusiq” album and it just spoke to me. I don’t show my sappy side much but if you havn’t heard this song…you need to. Its a short song so I’ll be nice enough to bless you with the first verse and chorus just so you can get a feel from where i’m coming from:

You really just need to listen to this song. There is no way you’ve gone through life and not felt like this at some point. With me it may be more often than others but thats besides the point.

Musiq Soulchild is the truth and makes great music.

If your really like R&B/Soul music…you need to listen to all his cd’s.

Or at least this song for the moment, oh and Halfcrazy. That is also my shit.

Yeahhhh, boy! Guess who’s got a new web site? That would be me, Lamar. Now its been a minute since I’ve made any kinda web site (2003 was the last time my “web developing” was in use.) So this should be fun getting back in the game. I’m doing babysteps with wordpress but I’m hoping to build my own site from scrach in the future so we’ll see what works out.
